Lithuania is currently in the midst of an intensive season of study and career fairs, bringing together school students, their parents, teachers, and higher education communities. Lithuanian colleges are actively participating in events organised across various cities, presenting their study programmes and career opportunities.
On 22–23 January, one of the largest study and career fairs in Lithuania took place at the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO in Vilnius. Representatives from different faculties of Vilniaus kolegija not only introduced study opportunities but also delivered seminars and practical workshops on relevant topics – ranging from animation and stress management to career choice challenges and dialogue with artificial intelligence.
In the coming weeks, study fairs will continue in other Lithuanian cities. On 6 February, the study and career fair “Studijų regata 2026” will be held at Švyturys Arena in Klaipėda, aimed at school students and young people from the region. On 10 February, a study and career fair will take place at Alytus Sports Centre for students in grades 8–12 from Southern Lithuania, as well as their parents and teachers. Another major nationwide event is scheduled for 24 February in Kaunas, where the free “Higher Education Fair 2026” will be held at Žalgiris Arena.
Study and career fairs remain an important platform enabling Lithuanian colleges to engage directly with prospective students, present practice-based studies, and strengthen the visibility of higher education in the regions.
We invite everyone interested in choosing their studies, planning their career, and exploring practice-based education to attend the study and career fairs and discover more about the opportunities offered by Lithuanian colleges.
